Dairy Development Corporation is Nepal’s government owned leading milk producer and distributor having its network in all over the Nepal. The company has 5 production units in different parts of Nepal employing more than 2000 full time and part time employees.

HARATI has developed a complete system with very detail study of each department and units, and almost every department now has been transformed into paper less system. The Enterprise Business Management Solution incorporates different modules for different departments inter-linked each other for integrated purpose and to avoid dual entry system. The modules integrated within the systems are as below:

• Inventory System
• Sales and Marketing System
• Point of Sales System
• Production Tracking System
• Supply Chain Management System
• Human Resource System

Each module runs from respective department and division, but there are some activities that can be shared from one department to another as per the granted access. Many controls have been implemented internally so that users can not play around and manipulate the organization’s rules. As the system run under multi-user environment, the users work together to feed in data from different modules and get appropriate reports. The management can similarly, look into the integrated system generating data and various MIS reports.
