This is a centralized Web Based MIS system including 9 Modules which modules as below:

• Supplier Relationship Module (SRM)
• Procurement Module
• Inventory Module
• Accounting Integration with Government Accounting System
• Integration of software with existing other software
• MIS Module

Procurement Module helps to automate the purchasing function of Nepal Army.. Activities including raising demand from several department and approving purchase orders, selecting and ordering the product or goods, receiving and matching the invoice and order, enabling the procurement department to see everything that is ordered, ensure that nothing can be ordered without correct approvals, and lets them get the best value by combining several orders for the same type of good or even getting suppliers to bid for the business. Supplier relationship management (SRM) is the systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of suppliers’ assets and capabilities with respect to overall business strategy, determination of what activities to engage in with different suppliers, and planning and execution of all interactions with suppliers, in a coordinated fashion across the relationship life cycle, to maximize the value realized through those interactions. The focus of SRM is to develop two-way, mutually beneficial relationships with strategic supply partners to deliver greater levels of innovation and competitive advantage than could be achieved by operating independently or through a traditional, transactional purchasing arrangement. 2. Details Profile of Supplier with History details
3. Supplier Performance Management

2. If L/C is Expire then notified automatically by system.
3. When L/C No. is inserting then automatically display all the information about it.
4. When purchase of goods, display all the information.
5. Software is based on Nepal Procurement Act, such as NTC, Health and other government system.
